HumanaFirst®: Medical questions don't always arise during your physician's office hours. When you can't reach your physician, you can call HumanaFirst, our 24-hour, toll-free medical information service that puts you in touch with a registered nurse.
HumanaBeginnings®: A program that provides education and support for mothers and their families, encouraging healthy habits during pregnancy and after the baby is born. PlanProfessor
Magazine: PlanProfessor is a colorful, engaging magazine mailed
to Humana members' homes. Designed as a helpful guide, each issue is filled
with reliable tips, tools, and resources to help members get the most value
out of their health care benefits.
Personal Nurse SM: This service pairs Humana members with a specially trained nurse and encourages a one-on-one relationship. The Personal Nurse helps participants:
- Understand their health plan benefits
- Identify appropriate health care resources
- Follow their physician's plan of care
