Self-Service Center: We’ve created a secure online environment that allows you password-protected access to more information than Humana members have ever had before. The Self-Service Center is an answer for the information you want and the security you demand. You’ll enjoy online services for many aspects of your health plan, including features that allow you to:

• View their personal Humana records for medical and prescription drug information
  
• Check referrals
  
• Review claims status
  
• Check copayments and deductible amounts
  
• Take informative health assessments
  
• Access a wealth of information related to health, wellness and medical conditions
  

How to Register

The self-service center is available to anyone with active coverage in a Humana plan. After you become a Humana member and receive your member ID card, follow these steps:

• Go to humana.com and click on the Member Self-Service Center.
• Scroll down the page and click on “How to register (first-time users)
• The next page you will see explains your rights to have information excluded. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on continue.
• Have your Humana Member ID card ready. You will be entering information that appears on your card. If you do not have a Member ID card, please call 1-800-4-Humana to order one.

A variety of online features and functions are available through the unsecured portion of humana.com. Here’s just a sampling of what you can do:

• Use the physician finder to locate a participating doctor near you.
• Look up a prescription medication on the Drug List.
• Gain access to health information; search the Clinical Drug Library; and link to WebMD to become a more-informed consumer of health care.
• Explore dozens of other Web-based applications designed to put valuable information into your hands, anytime of the day or night.

Privacy Policy

To protect your privacy:

• All Humana plan members 18 years or older must register to use the Self-Service Center.
• Once registered, you will have access only to your records and those for covered dependents under 18 years of age.
• Spouses will not be able to view each other's records, nor will they be able to view records for their dependents over 18 years of age.
• To request that all of your information be excluded from this site, please call the Customer Service number printed on your Humana ID card.
