Access HumanaDental.com to find your personalized dental benefit information. As a Motorola Plan Participant, Humana offers you a password protected page on HumanaDental.com called MyHumana. With MyHumana you can get answers to your questions about your health plan at your convenience, 24 hours a day. You can give other adults on the same Plan permission to access your page or other family members can give you permission to access their page. This is a great tool for families with one family member primarily responsible for the healthcare decision-making and recordkeeping, or for families that share the responsibility. Use MyHumana for reviewing HumanaDental claims or Humana HMO claims. Registering is easy! Go to HumanaDental.com Click "Register now" Click "Members registration" Select "Register now" Enter some basic information, like member ID number (ex. 01234567A) and birth date Confirm and create a User ID and password Accept the "Online Services and Web Confidentiality agreements" You will be directly taken into the secured MyHumana member site Click "Claims & Spending" to access dental claims reimbursement information HAP and HIP participants: Login to the RAC Tracker at https://hrsolutions.motorola.com/benefits/ for all medical inquiries and for dental claims prior to January 1, 2008.
