| Tell Us About Other Coverage
If your plan covers more than one person, we need to know if anyone on your plan has coverage through another health benefits plan. Unfortunately, we can't process claims without this information.
For this reason, you may receive an automated phone call from Humana. Simply confirm we've reached the right person and then tell us if anyone on your plan has other coverage, such as coverage under a spouse's plan. If you answer yes, we'll update our system and contact you for further information.
You can also supply this information by calling Customer Service at 1-877-KYSPIRIT (1-877-597-7474).
If you do not have healthcare coverage with two insurance companies right now, but your insurance information changes sometime in the future, let us know right away so we can process your claims accurately and correctly.
Giving updated information about other coverage speeds up processing of your claims and may reduce your out-of-pocket expenses. We want to give you the best service possible, so please respond as soon as possible.
